The Team and Environment

The founders, Luke and Daryll, are brothers from Edinburgh. Software development is currently outsourced and is now being brought in house as we move into the next phase of growth.

We are a small team that likes to have fun doing what we do best. We believe in our mission and we enjoy working towards making it a reality.

Sometimes this means long hours. Conversely, we’ve felt the sting of burning out and we encourage each other to make full use of allocated holidays.

We are dynamic and move quickly. It can be chaotic so you need to be the sort of person that can adapt to emerging situations that come with a start-up company.

Self proclaimed “feedback enthusiasts”, we frequently ask ourselves “How can we do better?”

Udrafter has a great culture where you are encouraged to think big and make it happen. You will be genuinely supported by team members and provided with an open environment to discuss your development and progression.

Head over to our Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook pages for more insight into the team and company.
