Aberdeen tech start-up expands with Edinburgh office after oversubscribed fundraiser

An Aberdeen start-up which provides a platform for micro-internships is expanding into the Central Belt after an oversubscribed funding round.

Udrafter, short for the University Draft, closed its Seedrs round 30 days early after raising £300,000 – £65,000 more than its initial target.

This will enable the business to launch an Edinburgh office to serve clients in the Central Belt and hire three new staff.

Udrafter offers firms the chance to engage students in paid work experience on a range of projects from as little as two hours in length.
